Comfortable outer layer for fall and winter. The black sweaters are no longer avail, the grey jackets are very stiff for moving around/pt care. The 5.11 navy “job shirt” quarter zip with our patches, similar to FD and other services, would be really great! (Or let us patch and purchase our own?)
